Lemmo is a composer and sound researcher in the field of electronic and experimental music.
Their work explores the possibilities of algorithmic composition in both sound research and multidisciplinary contexts.
Their research often seeks to draw connections between musical and sonic issues and social and theoretical ones. In their compositional thinking, every sound, every musical cluster, every link between micro- and macro-forms, represents a stance on how we observe the world and how we talk about it.
In recent years, she has collaborated with various artists, including Chiara Bersani, Margherita Morgantin, Mariangela Gualtieri and Cesare Ronconi (Teatro Valdoca), and Lucia Palladino.
